MEET CHEF JOHNNY SCOTT

Chef | Entrepreneur | Author | Community Leader

Chef Johnny Scott is the founder of The Mission Kitchen BBQ & Catering Services and Head Chef of the event operations at Plaza de Sueños.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of Savannah, Chef Scott refined his craft in professional kitchens across the country before building a brand rooted in excellence, community, and purpose.

His culinary philosophy blends heritage Southern traditions with bold global influences, creating dishes that leave a lasting impression on guests.

COMPLETE PACKAGES FOR LARGE EVENTS

The Mission Kitchen offers full-service event packages or catering-only event packages starting at $1,500 with a 100 guest minimum. 

  • Celebration Packages – Our complete event packages designed for Weddings, Quinceañeras, Banquets, and other large celebrations. These packages include venue, entertainment, security, bartending services, and of course meal catering. 
  • Breakfast & Lunch Packages – Our catering-focused packages designed for corporate breakfasts, luncheons, conferences, nonprofit events, and other community gatherings that may not require entertainment and security services.

Catering for our on-site meeting spaces including El Salón, La Galería, the Courtyard, and more starting at $40 with a minimum of 50 guests.
