Originally constructed in 1923, Plaza de Sueños began as a neighborhood elementary school—educating generations of local families and serving as a cornerstone of the community. Spanning 36,500 square feet, the campus was filled with classrooms, shared spaces, and daily moments that shaped the identity of the surrounding neighborhood.
As the needs of the community evolved, so did the future of the space—creating an opportunity to preserve its legacy while reimagining its purpose for a new generation.
Plaza de Sueños was thoughtfully restored and expanded by the DreamOn Group, transforming the original 36,500-square-foot campus into a 45,000-square-foot multi-use development.
The renovation preserved the architectural character of the historic structures while introducing modern systems, upgraded infrastructure, and energy-efficient solutions. Classrooms were reconfigured into flexible workspaces, gathering areas, and event-ready environments—designed to support businesses, organizations, and community use.
Guided by a long-term vision, the transformation balanced preservation with progress—ensuring the space remains both functional and meaningful for years to come.
