Good to Know

Booking & Venue Policies

Guest Count & Capacity

  • All package pricing is based on a minimum of 100 guests.
  • Up to 25 additional guests may be available for an additional fee, subject to venue capacity. 
  • Please confirm additional guest availability with your event coordinator.

Outside Catering

  • Outside catering is not permitted.
  • All food and beverage service must be provided through The Mission Kitchen at Plaza de Sueños in-house catering to ensure quality, licensing, and insurance compliance.

Payment

  • Payment of the Rental Amount shall be as follows:
      • 10% down at the time of signing this agreement to secure your event.
      • Remaining balance shall be paid in equal monthly installments, as outlined in the event contract, due at the 1st of each month, with FULL BALANCE due 30 days prior to the event date.

Refund Policy

  • Date change requests will incur a Change of Date Fee of $500. Higher cost may apply for high season dates.
  • No refund will be issued if the event is cancelled within the 30-day period before the event date.

Late Payments

  • Payments not received within five (5) business days of the due date will be considered late.
  • The Mission Kitchen at Plaza de Sueños reserves the right to suspend services or cancel the event agreement.

Final Guest Count & Menu

  • Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to the event.
  • Any changes after that date may result in additional charges.

Entire Agreement

  • The contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
  • Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
